Tuition Payments
A 5% discount applies to annual tuition payments made in full on or before 5th August.
A 5% sibling discount applies to the child in the lowest year group.
Further discounts may be available and will be considered on an individual basis.
We do NOT charge extra fees for instalment plans.
Fees must be paid in advance, either in full or in instalments, by the following dates:
- 1st Instalment: 5th August
- 2nd Instalment: 31st October
- 3rd Instalment: 28th February
Instalment plans must be pre-approved and do not incur additional charges. Application and development fees are not eligible for instalment plans and must be paid upon acceptance. Late payments will incur a 5% fee.
Payments can be made in USD or in CFA based upon an established exchange rate (available at the BISD Office).
Families are responsible for all banks charges related to funds transfer. Please check with your bank before making the transfer as any such fees that result in a reduction in the amount received by BISD will be billed back to families.
Our full school fee agreement will be issued together with any admission offer.
Confirmation of place for next academic year
All students who wish to re-enrol at BISD for the following academic year must pay a deposit of $1000 by 30th April to hold their place. The deposit is considered an advance payment of the tuition and will be deducted from the following year’s invoice.
Termination Refund
Parents/Guardians may request a refund of tuition fees by deregistering their child/children from the school. Deregistration must be submitted in writing by Parents/Guardians to office@bisdakar.org. The deregistration date will be set 60 days from the date the written notification is received.
The refund amount will be calculated as a percentage of the annual tuition fee, based on the month of deregistration, as outlined in the table below:

Important Notes:
- Application fees and development fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Refunds will be processed in line with the above fee structure and subject to the completion of the 60-day deregistration period.

- Parents/guardians are required to settle all outstanding balances before the start of each term.
- Failure to meet financial obligations may result in the suspension of enrolment or withholding of academic records.
